1. Agreement

By creating an account or using QRalto, you agree to these terms and any plan-specific limits shown at purchase. If you use QRalto for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and maintain appropriate access for workspace members. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and API keys.

3. Subscriptions and trials

Paid features require an active trial or subscription. Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled. Applicable prices, billing periods, taxes and plan limits are displayed before checkout. Dynamic redirects and subscription-controlled features may stop when a trial or paid period expires.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use QRalto for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing content; credential theft; malware delivery; unsolicited messaging; evasion of access controls; or activity that could harm QRalto, its providers or other users.

5. Your content

You retain responsibility for QR destinations, campaign content and data submitted through your workspace. You grant QRalto the limited permission necessary to host, process, render and redirect that content to provide the service.

6. Service operation

We work to keep QRalto available and secure, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may maintain, limit or suspend the service to address security, legal, abuse, capacity or operational risks.

7. Intellectual property

QRalto, its product design, software and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of QRalto technology or trademarks.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, unlawful activity, security risk or unpaid charges. You may stop using the service and cancel a subscription through the available billing controls.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided subject to applicable law. Final warranty exclusions, liability limits, governing law, refund terms and dispute provisions must be reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel before general availability.
