Information we process
QRalto processes account information, workspace membership, campaign configuration, contact/support enquiries and the operational records needed to provide the service. Contact submissions include the name, email address, category, subject and message you provide so we can route and respond to your request. Payment-card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored in the QRalto application database.
Scan analytics
Dynamic QR scans may include time, device category, browser, operating system, referrer and approximate country or city information supplied by network infrastructure. Raw scanner IP addresses are not retained in product analytics; QRalto uses a private application salt to create an irreversible value for approximate unique-scan reporting.
Website analytics and optional cookies
With your permission, QRalto uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and high-level product interactions such as account confirmation, sign-in, checkout initiation and QR creation. Analytics is disabled until you select “Allow analytics.” QRalto does not send names, email addresses, QR destinations, account identifiers, workspace identifiers, QR identifiers or raw scanner IP addresses to Google Analytics. Advertising storage and ad-personalization signals remain disabled. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
How information is used
We use information to operate and secure accounts, render and redirect QR codes, provide analytics, prevent abuse, enforce subscriptions, support customers and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
QRalto uses infrastructure, payment, email and monitoring providers to deliver the service. A current subprocessor list and applicable retention periods will be published before general availability.
Your controls
Workspace owners control QR destinations, memberships, API keys and campaign deletion. Account holders may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting privacy@qralto.com.
Security and international processing
We apply access controls, encryption in transit, security logging and tenant isolation. Depending on the service providers used, information may be processed outside your country subject to appropriate safeguards.
