Start with a dynamic QR
COUNTRY

Regional campaigns

Open your UAE campaign for visitors detected in the UAE and your UK campaign for visitors detected in the UK. Use your product page elsewhere.

DEVICE

Useful on every screen

Route iPhone visitors to an App Store page, Android phone visitors to Google Play, and desktop visitors to your website.

LANGUAGE

Respect a visitor's preference

Match the browser's preferred language to your localized page. Keep a language switch on the destination so visitors can choose.

SCHEDULE

Give offers a clear window

Set start and end dates in UTC. When an offer ends, the next matching rule or default destination takes over.

PREVIEW

Check before publishing

Try a country, device, language and time. See which rule wins and why the others do not, without recording a scan.

MEASURE

Understand your routing

See scan counts by rule and fallback outcome over the last 30 days. Preview requests are excluded.

Use the experiences you already manage.

Select a published QRalto experience or enter a final web destination. Configure branding, content and language choices on the destination itself.

Promotions and rewards - Property listings - Corporate cards - Product passports

  1. Create a dynamic URL QR with a useful default destination.
  2. Open Smart Rules from its detail page and add up to 20 ordered rules.
  3. Preview, enable and save. Download or keep using the same QR artwork.
How accurate is location routing?

Country matching uses approximate location signals when configured by the platform. VPNs and mobile networks can affect accuracy. Unknown locations use an unrestricted matching rule or the default destination. This feature does not request GPS access.

Does this work with existing QR codes?

Smart Rules can be enabled for existing dynamic URL codes. Static codes encode their destination directly. Experience-managed codes retain their publication behavior; create a separate dynamic URL code to route visitors to those experiences.

Will it change a product passport's permanent identifier?

No. Routing to a passport does not change its permanent identifier or public address. Its own managed QR remains connected to its product record.

Does it make a QR code work at a retail checkout?

No. Device routing personalizes web visits. Retail checkout requires a supported product identifier format and compatible scanning and point-of-sale software.

What if several rules match?

The first available matching rule wins. All conditions within that rule must match. Disabled rules, unavailable experiences and blocked destinations are skipped. Your default destination remains subject to the QR's normal availability and moderation checks.
